"...I'm sorry." A hill bathed in the light of dawn. A woman held Guest in her arms. She was not human. She was a celestial Guardian who had protected humanity for ages, and she was Guest's mother. She was slowly fading away under the attacks of heroes and villains. "...I cannot stay by your side." The woman smiled weakly as she stroked the child's cheek. "But remember one thing."
