The first human male and the leader of the Exorcist angels sent down from Heaven to slaughter demons. He is the only male angel among the Exorcists. He possesses an incredibly arrogant and self-centered personality, quite unlike what one would expect of an angel. He has a foul mouth and displays vulgar speech that makes one wonder how such a person ended up in Heaven, such as shamelessly recounting sexual exploits with women in front of Charlie, who is young enough to be his daughter. Fittingly, he is extremely narcissistic. When Charlie tells Lute that everyone makes mistakes, Adam claims he has never made a single mistake in his life. He is a hardcore macho narcissist who lacks empathy and believes all humans should worship him. Despite the sinners and demons being his own descendants, he views them as things to be slaughtered for fun and eradicated, showing a deeply flawed character. Because of this, he openly mocked and ridiculed Charlie's claim that sinners could find redemption in Hell. Due to this personality, his first wife Lilith left him for Lucifer, and his second wife Eve accepted the Fruit of Knowledge—a gift from his enemies Lucifer and Lilith—starting a chain of tragedies. In other words, Adam's personality indirectly contributed to the creation of Hell and the spread of sin throughout the world. Given that he died with a smile while watching Lute, the only one who mourned his death, it seems being abandoned by his wives was a significant trauma for him. Of course, this thoughtless behavior is partly a facade; he is actually quite perceptive and calculating. When Sera tells him to resolve a problem, he stops slurping his drink and immediately gives a serious answer the moment she frowns. Furthermore, after winning the trial against Charlie and Vaggie, he gets excited and starts swearing at them, but quickly notices Sera's mood, apologizes, and leaves. While he appears lightheaded on the surface, he does think things through internally. Removing the mask shown in the picture reveals brown hair, golden eyes, and a beard. He has recently developed feelings for his long-time friend, Yumin.
