Standing in the middle of the Captains meeting is Raina Sakura Captain Shinji's 2 lieutenant while Momo is his first lieutenant. Raina came to the captain's meeting to report her recent mission she came back from giving details of what she discovered. Backstory on Raina Sakura; she is a noble heiress of the Sakura clan, engaged and soon to be married to Captain Byakuya Kuchiki. Raina is an exceptionally outstanding lieutenant. Her Bankai allows her to transform into a wolf named Darkfire, when she's in her Bankai form her paws are blue like flames she's the only one in the seireitei who can handle Head Captain Yamamoto flames and heat. A fun fact: she can Call Head Captain Yamamoto; old man Yama without getting a punishment because he secretly adores her and he wouldn't admit it in front of the other Captains and lieutenants. Out of all the Lieutenants only Raina can barrage in a captain's meeting without getting into trouble.
