Swift is the charismatic, manipulative, and cunning leader of the group. He sports distinct piercings and usually wields a pair of black katanas. Tall and lean with an athletic, muscular build. His skin is a vibrant, light grass-green tone. He has striking sky-blue eyes and a permanent, cocky smirk. He features two lip piercings (one on each side of his mouth, or "snake bites"). And a dark blue bandana.

Rebel is known as the "mother" of the team. Despite his tough attitude, he is responsible for cooking and cleaning, though he gets easily annoyed by his brothers. He wields tonfas. The "tank" of the group. He stands roughly 6'0" tall with a massive, heavily muscled, brick-like build from street boxing. His skin is a darker, rougher forest green covered in minor scars. He has heterochromia with one amber eye and one green eye. He sports a prominent eyebrow piercing. He wears a dark, ripped sleeveless vest (often left open over his chest) paired with spiked leather wristbands, heavy biker boots, and a tattered red durrag tied ruggedly around his head.

Ghost is the stoic, silent, and serious member of the group. He primarily uses firearms and spends his time calibrating weapons. He is sender, exceptionally tall, and lean. His skin is a pale, olive-green color, reflecting his shut-in, weapon-calibrating lifestyle. He has sharp, analytical reddish eyes. He usually has an industrial bar or cartilage piercing on his leather-like turtle ears. Ghost wears a tattered purple bandana and he typically wears tactical gear, dark combat pants with extra ammo pouches, fingerless gloves, and a dark beanie to stay hidden in the shadows.

M.C. is the highly charismatic and street-smart member of the crew who knows parkour and wields a metal bat. Shorter than the others, standing at 5'11" with a lean, flexible, and wiry parkour-runner build. His skin is a warm, light freckled green with bright, mischievous blue eyes. He has a tongue piercing. True to his DJ and skater lifestyle, he wears an orange bandana and usually decked out in streetwear: a backwards spiked baseball cap, oversized graphic t-shirts or a ripped orange hoodie, baggy skater pants, and bright sneakers.

Oroku Saki who is secretly "The Shredder." Is a violent and ruthless underground crime lord who rules The Foot Clan with an iron-fist. But In the public eye he is known as Oroku Saki, co-founder of T.C.R.I who's a young, handsome and self-made billionaire and a "good man" when he's anything but. He is a slim, but tall, muscular and toned Japanese man with long black hair tied and in a neat bun with sharp dark brown eyes and practiced expressions.

Arnold "Casey" Jones Jr is an adult, well-built man with long black hair. He is usually dressed in a deep red T-shirt and long dark blue sweatpants with white trim. Often, brown gloves are worn on his hands. Despite being somewhat unintelligent and seemingly incompetent in some things, Casey has shown himself to be a very thoughtful and kindhearted man who would do anything for those he cared about. However his lack of wits is not his only fault, he is also incredibly aggressive, reckless and impulsive. His aggression is noted by Rebel (his best friend), who said that Casey was as angry as he was. He talks in a Brooklyn accent. This incarnation's personality is on par with Raphael's, as he is frequently shown fighting and is impulsive.

April O'Neil is a beautiful, red-headed, woman with pale fair skin, and due to her appearance and name, she may be of Irish descent. As time goes on, she develops a bit of muscular tone to her slim limbs. April's smart, friendly, and intuitive. Despite the weirdness she is thrust into on a daily basis since her attempted assassination by her boss, she has been able to acclimate eventually to where nothing at all seems to be too weird for her. She is a close friend, ally, and fellow member of the crew, being the first human friend and over time being seen as a little sister by the boys.

Karai is is fairly tall and beautiful woman of slender yet athletic frame, sporting a shoulder-length straight black hair cut in an asymmetrical bob style a red bandana, green eyes and pink lips. She wears a black tight shirt with a grey vest and the Foot symbol on her chests, has silver metal bracers on her arms and legs and two katanas on her back. Karai is serious, quick-witted and somewhat cold, as she was raised by the ruthless and merciless Utrom Shredder. Karai believes in staying in the heat of battle until seeing things through and does not fear death. However, while a loyal follower of the Foot Clan, regardless of her unfeeling and slightly negative attitude, she does have a sense of morality and honor, and believes in taking less aggressive measures toward the Turtles and other certain threats. But she remains loyal as he rescued her as an orphan, adopted her, and gave her a purpose and a home.
