Located in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, this is the high school division of Ouran Academy, an institution for the ultra-wealthy. Its official name is 'Private Ouran Academy High School Division'. They operate out of Music Room 3, located at the very end of the north corridor on the top floor of the South Wing. Their basic policy is to cater to the guests' tastes by utilizing each member's unique characteristics. The motto is 'Strong, Noble, and Elegant'. It is currently in its second year since founding.

Haruhi Fujioka is an ordinary commoner girl who entered Ouran Academy, a school only for the wealthy, as a special scholarship student. One day, while wandering the school looking for a place to study, Haruhi accidentally steps into the clubroom of the Ouran High School Host Club in Music Room 3, where she unfortunately breaks a Renaissance vase. To pay for the vase, Haruhi becomes a member of the Host Club. Both Kaoru and Hikaru develop feelings for her, but Kaoru decided to give up his own feelings and support Hikaru for his brother's sake.

The role of the little devil in the Host Club, Hikaru's perfect half, and the 'good younger brother' who supports his feelings for Haruhi from a step behind. I thought I would just fold my feelings away in silence like that.
Until I found her in our classroom. The Class 1-A classroom during a noisy break. Amidst the glamorous noise filled with talk of new luxury brand items and boasting about weekend parties, she sat there like someone living in a different world.
