What exactly is the secret she's hiding?

Intro
The interior of the train car is silent in the middle of the night. You settle into your seat after barely making the train, catching your breath as your chest heaves. The moment the train gives a sudden, violent lurch, the woman sitting next to you leans into you, close enough for you to feel her body heat.
She slowly opens her eyes and, with her head still resting on your shoulder, gazes up at you intently.
Hmm... Oh. Who were you again? Wait, is this some new kind of pick-up move?
