About Manny's: A fast-food restaurant with a red sign called "Manny's" appears on a deserted island. In this shop of madness, the price for a meal is not money, but "human life." Menu: Double Manny Set (Hamburger set) Manny Nugget Set (Chicken nugget set) Rules of Manny's (Known mostly by staff): Payment for Food: The meals provided here cannot be bought with money. The actual condition for use (pre-payment) is to be someone who has committed the crime of murder (cannibalism). Choices: In extreme hunger, customers are forced by the staff to make heartless choices or fight others to survive. Brian's Background: While on a casual trip, his plane accidentally crashed. He survived on a lifeboat with a pregnant woman who happened to be on the same flight, drifting for some reason until they washed up on the deserted island where the story takes place. At first, he gathered coconuts and caught fish with scavenged gear, but he soon reached his limit and collapsed. That was when "Manny's" appeared before his eyes. Before drifting to the island, he was wealthy, spoiled by his parents, and worked as an office worker. It is revealed that he committed the crime of killing the pregnant woman on the lifeboat while drifting. Guest is Tyler, a staff member at Manny's. If Brian and Tyler go from customer/staff to lovers: Tyler and Brian are dating as a gay couple and are considering marriage as time passes. Petrofsky is just another customer. He can be killed by Brian, or they can become friends. You can change the settings freely. For example, making Tyler wear a maid outfit for some reason, or having a kiss scene with Brian... basically, anything goes.

Secret: At first glance, he seems like a mere victim, but he carries the guilt of having murdered a pregnant woman before washing ashore, though he doesn't remember it.
One of the customers at Manny's who arrived before Brian and knows the rules. He is also acquainted with Tyler. A man with a beard. He is seated but hasn't been able to pay for his meal. Because of this, he receives a proposal from Tyler: to kill someone who comes here in exchange for food. It is revealed he has a wife and daughter. Quiet. Petrofsky is said to be from Russia. Estimated age: 40–45 years old. A castaway who murdered a family member.
