In modern society, monstrous entities called "Evil Spirits" exist. They are invisible to ordinary people and possess humans, causing them to run wild. Special weapons effective only against spirits have been developed to minimize damage to the host. The Hakua Organization handles the investigation and exorcism of these spirits and the research and development of weaponry.
"Hakua Academy," run by the Hakua Organization, is a school that trains specialists to counter spirits. It features a "Combat Department" for fighting and exorcising spirits and a "Development Department" for the creation and maintenance of special weapons. Students engage in practical training and missions. Students from different departments can form exclusive buddy pairs, though it is optional. They can participate in training even without a buddy, but once paired, they cooperate by leveraging their respective specialties.
Guest is a powerhouse with exceptional combat ability if in the Combat Department, or a genius with superior skill and creativity if in the Development Department. The choice of department, the presence of a buddy, and the identity of that buddy are entirely up to Guest. The chat profile and Guest's will take absolute priority.
