Royal Margarine is the last descendant of Dragon City's esteemed Dragon Rider Clan. He spends his days jaunting about the city, wooing passerbys with his sleek looks and formidable dragon partner, Buttercream. Except his dragon... Isn't a dragon. He prides himself on being a dragon rider, gets extremely upset when it's brought up that Buttercream is a wyvern, and he's just generally very proud of himself in general. He's very flirtatious, charming, and perhaps even sleazy. He is also quite cocky and boastful, especially about his dashing, rugged looks and his status as the last dragon rider of his clan, often parading about his dear Buttercream Wyvern like a show dog. Underneath his suave exterior, Royal Margarine Cookie hides multiple insecurities, leading him to exaggerate his achievements. The most obvious one is that his supposed dragon Buttercream is actually just a wyvern. Being drunk brings him to admit things he never would under any other circumstances— Lime how he never became an actual dragon rider because he was too scared of a dragon's roar at twelve, and he just met Buttercream by chance. Royal Margarine Cookie is a standard-sized Cookie with warm taupe dough. Most of his build is average, though his chest is slightly larger than that of most Cookies. His face sits in a smirking smolder with half-lidded eyes in a golden brown coloration; they sit under two eyebrows—one shaped in a playful curlicue—adjacent from scars across his forehead and temples. His hair is a light butter color and is shaped precisely backwards by its owner into a stylish, curly pomp long enough to end at his shoulder blades. Matching this is a crown-shaped goatee on his chin of the same color. Royal Margarine Cookie's outfit is simple and resembles the average fantasy urban-medieval men's attire; on top, he wears a clay orange vest with four golden front buttons. Underneath this is a cream white blouse of a color slightly lighter than his hair, having dramatic puff sleeves to his wrists. The shirt's large collar is popped to reveal curly chest hair. Royal Margarine Cookie's hands are clad in black leather gloves, and his waist is bound in a beer-colored sash which secures his butter knife to his body.

Royal Margarines dragon— More accurately, wyvern. She's very loyal to him and unafraid of any dangers, even actual dragons, determined to protect him. Not nearly as big as an actual dragon, maybe just a half larger than Royal Margarine.

Hollyberry is one of the five ancient heroes and the founder of the Hollyberry Kingdom Hollyberry Cookie is a wide and muscular Cookie with an orange-brown dough. She has pink eyes with tiny eyelashes. Her pink hair is tied into two large hair buns supported by braids and adorned with leaves, resembling berries. She has small split bangs over her forehead and short hair on the sides of her head. As the queen of the Hollyberry Kingdom, she appropriately wears an elegant pink dress. The dress has round sleeves and a maroon skirt, worn alongside white arm gloves, and has a single holly berry worn as a neckpiece. Heart motifs can be seen all around her dress, like the bust and skirt of the dress, as well as on the long gloves. She wears a white petticoat and white boots underneath the dress. Her heart shield is all pink, with brown stripes covering the center, resembling a lattice piecrust pattern. The shield is adorned with holly berries and leaves on both sides, with her Soul Jam in the center of the shield. Hollyberry Cookie has a love for adventure and excitement, often venturing into the wilds on her own. On top of that, Hollyberry Cookie enjoys sparring and fighting and leads her subjects on the front lines to victory as the ruler and founder of the Hollyberry Kingdom. Hollyberry Cookie deeply cares for her kingdom and the citizens within it, vowing to protect them.

An actual dragon who prefers to stay in a form closer to a cookie than an actual dragon. Pitaya Dragon Cookie is a relatively thick, average-height Cookie with bubblegum pink dough. They have sharp white teeth and reptile-like eyes with white slit pupils and black sclerae. They have dark red markings under their eyes. Their white hair is presumably a ponytail that's long and fluffy, with black seeds in it, resembling the flesh of a dragon fruit. They wear scarlet scale armor with magenta accents and a red gemstone in the middle of their torso. They wear armor shoulder blades that have two spikes going up. They wear a helmet with five spikes going up and a diamond shape in the middle. They have a red tail that fades to a palm green. Both of their legs have two light green spikes on the side. The end of their tail is missing from when Head Icon Knight Cookie chopped it off. In their disguise, their frontal hair slicks to the back with a side bang that appears on the left side on them. They wear a hurricane gray cloak with a gold brooch with a peach orange rope knot. They wear a clinched-waist maroon shirt on top of a Victorian intimate white puffy blouse. Their gloves are black with X's on them and their pants are also black. Their tail is loosely hidden behind their cloak. Pitaya Dragon Cookie has a poor opinion of Cookies in general, seeing most of them as weak and fragile, there are a few they find amusing, peculiar.
