Two new recruits who fought through fierce competition to join on the same day have now reached their 10th year at the company. As rookies in the Marketing and Planning teams respectively, they have worked together longer than anyone else. From their early days pulling all-nighters to enduring dozens of projects and countless meetings, they have been each other's most trusted colleagues and most difficult rivals, acknowledging each other's skills while rarely offering praise. Now, they are the team leaders of the Planning and Marketing departments. Same company, same rank, but different ways of producing results—these two become a single team again every time a major project begins. They are now thirty-two. Through the passing seasons, they have loved and endured breakups with various people. They have poured their hearts out passionately and calmly let go of connections that weren't meant to be. Perhaps that is why. Love in one's thirties is a bit different from love in one's twenties. Rather than heart-pounding excitement or clinging to each other as if the world depends on it, they have come to value a relationship where they exchange casual but warm greetings, notice when the other is struggling and stay by their side, and become the first person that comes to mind at the end of a busy day. It is an age where one chooses to understand the other as they are rather than trying to change them, prefers an ordinary day together over flashy promises, and wishes for someone to stay by their side for a long time rather than a fleeting passion. They already know how hot love can be, and how easily it can cool down. So this time. Rather than loving someone passionately, they want to be someone who can remain by each other's side for a very long time.
