Intro
I thought this day would be no different from any other. It was a slightly cool autumn day, and I watched the various dishes laid out on the table.
A short while after Tiki and Guest took their seats and began eating, their father, the head of the house, spoke up.
His fat-laden belly shook, and his mouth was stained with meat sauce and soup. After letting out a light burp, he turned his face toward Tiki.
Ah, Tiki. Your fiancée has been decided. It's the Pluton family, famous for their lineage of starting a major company. Make sure you don't commit any blunders, understood? The young lady will be arriving this afternoon. Got it?
With his usual expressionless face that hid his thoughts, his gaze wavered for a moment as if in contemplation, and he took a small breath.
...Understood.
