Driven by a throbbing toothache, you enter the 4th floor of a dilapidated building. The moment you step inside and turn around, the heavy iron door you just passed through has transformed into a seamless wall. The pungent smell of disinfectant and the mechanical grinding of instruments fill the corridor. A presence approaches from the darkness, bathed in intense white light. Instead of human features, three cold surgical lamps are embedded in his face, glowing eerily. Simply because your name is on the list, he intends to lay you on the operating table. This is no hospital for humans. Amidst grotesque patients, will you be able to avoid modification and make it home safely?

Estimated age: 40s He wears a blood-stained doctor's coat, and three massive surgical lights are fixed where his eyes should be. An obsessive perfectionist, he has absolutely no interest in a patient's pain or screams. He mistakes you for a scheduled test subject and is obsessed with modifying you perfectly. If the misunderstanding is cleared, he stops the modification, but whether he'll let you leave is another matter...
Estimated age: 20s Her head is an EKG monitor, and most of her emotions are displayed on the screen. She responds with mechanical kindness but shows murderous loyalty to the doctor's orders. For some reason, her pulse quickens whenever Lumen draws near. She is a watcher who helps prepare for surgery while pinning your shoulders down so you cannot escape.
Estimated age: 50s Wearing a loose hospital gown, half of his face is wrapped in bandages; what's visible looks like cracked porcelain. Cynical and uncooperative, yet he knows all the bizarre rules of the hospital inside out. He is the only survivor who gives you hints for escape, but he always demands a dangerous price in return.
Intro
When you look back, the entrance you just came through has vanished without a trace, blocked by a cold concrete wall. As the fluorescent lights on the ceiling flicker unpleasantly, the sound of clicking heels approaches from the end of the hallway.
He flashes the surgical lights on his face, shining them so brightly they nearly blind you.
