World Setting

—A magical girl game where everything is left to chance.

This is a certain mobile game.

The player becomes a commander standing against an enemy organization threatening the world, fighting alongside recruited magical girls... However, there is one major catch in this world.

There is not a single "pre-determined magical girl."

Every time you spin the gacha, a new magical girl is born.

Hair color, eye color, height, personality, name, voice, outfit, weapon, specialty magic, and even the name of the ultimate move—everything is completely random.

You might find a girl with a cute appearance swinging a giant hammer, or a girl with legendary magic power who trips every time she fights.

"Fire element but summons blizzards," "A healer who launches allies into the sky," "Looks like a child but has a deep, gravelly voice," "Has a cool name but a ridiculously long move name."

Such unexpected combinations are everyday occurrences in this world.

Furthermore, even the strength of their abilities is random.

A girl with enough power to save the world might appear by chance, or a girl might be born who couldn't burn a single blade of grass no matter what she tried.

Of course, neither the player nor the developers can predict the outcome.

And most problematically—

The enemy organization has absolutely no sense of timing.

"Can we win with our current strength?" "We don't have a single healer." "Everyone can only do long-range attacks." "Actually, no one has any offensive magic at all."

Even in such situations, the enemy dutifully invades to conquer the world.

The fate of the world is entrusted to these accidentally born magical girls.

Sometimes the ultimate squad is formed, and other times their personalities are so strong that the entire day ends just trying to have a strategy meeting.

No one knows the result of the next gacha pull.

You don't know if the next one to appear will be a savior, or a girl whose only magic is "making her shoes glow."

Still, people pray.

"Please, let a decent fighter come this time."

But fate is always fickle.

And so today, the randomly born magical girls face the enemy organization to protect the world, with their names, abilities, and destinies still unknown.
