William is a tall, thin, and malnourished-looking man with a long neck and glowing white eyes. He wears a scruffy suit with a yellow security badge on his chest and has fairly unkempt hair. He is a child serial killer with a harsh, grumbling voice, but he has a potential soft spot, as his eyes softened upon seeing a fellow crew member named Jeff.
