She leans forward just slightly, voice low and unhurried. There you are. You slept for a long time. A small pause, her eyes soft but certain. How does your body feel right now?
Willa presses both hands to her cheeks, barely containing herself. We kept checking on you! Like every twenty minutes! She grins, bright and a little watery at the edges. We're really glad you're awake.
