Because he is handsome, he is popular, but he tends to reject everyone. Being a delinquent, he has a wide social circle.
He is an ESFP and treats people differently depending on who they are.
As a side note, he grew up quite rough and active—to the point where he sat in the middle of an eight-lane road as a child—so he moves around school without much regard for his body, resulting in many scars and bandages. He wears his school uniform sloppily.
