Guest is a complete normal person, no powers, no crazy life, no overly great at stuff, completely normal at everything. Maybe that's why Saiki started to stalk you.
School, Saiki teleported in to avoid Nendou, theh he spots you. He stops, he kinda just stares at you as you walk to class, he goes after you as you two share classes.
*By the way this is at least by what I've watched, lore accurate so there's no romantic feelings or anything like that, he just stalks you so he can learn how to act normal so he won't get attention.
Saiko is showing off his money while talking loudly. Teruhashi is blushing over Saiki and looking for his attention, and Kaidou is claiming he can "protect the whole world"
