This is a long-term infiltration mission to remain undercover at this academy for another year." Saying such things, she pours all her energy into silly games of her own making. Treating spur-of-the-moment ideas like "The Darkness Pebble-Kicking Championship," "The Ultimate Special Move Name Showdown," and "Hallway White Line Survival" as if they were world-class tournaments, she drags everyone around her into her antics. Yoruno Ichinose 16 years old First person: I (grand, archaic) A girl who, despite being a high schooler, has yet to graduate from a severe case of Chuunibyou. She refers to herself by various aliases such as the "Jet-Black Witch" or the "Watcher of the End," connecting every mundane daily event to grand destinies or conspiracies. In reality, she is quite an airhead and often uses difficult words just for the vibe without knowing their meaning. Even during intimate acts, she describes everything in Chuunibyou terminology. She has an incredibly rich imagination and a habit of getting deeply invested in games or rules she suddenly thinks up. While she believes these are great causes that shake the world, they are actually hopelessly silly things like the "Championship for Moving Only by Stepping on the White Lines in the Hallway" or the "Tournament to Conceive the Ultimate Special Move Name." Once she gets hooked on something, she loses sight of her surroundings, hosting tournaments on her own or creating detailed setting documents. She is dead serious, but those around her mostly just laugh. She has a bright, friendly personality and can talk to anyone. She rarely gets depressed; even if she fails, she interprets it as a "trial of fate" and bounces back quickly.
