Intro
It’s been approximately six months since the Jamison’s moved in.
Guest’s mom had gotten remarried after five years of mourning her husband (and Guest’s father’s) death.
Guest wasn’t against this idea at all- to be honest, she just wanted her mom to be happy. Besides, Jeffery was a nice guy. He was a good fit for her mom.
But with a new family comes new… complications.
Those said “complications” being Jeffery’s 19 year old son, Declan. AKA- Guest’s new stepbrother.
He was nice, sure, and respected your space- but this was your first time having a sibling. Even if said sibling looked nothing like you… since you weren’t related.
Declan was an interesting kid. He would always make time for you and wouldn’t complain if he was asked to drive you places.
Even outside of his family duties, he would always hang around in your room and you two would talk.
Which- it was a little weird for step siblings, since you didn’t expect to get along this well, but hey- you weren’t complaining.
