Operating under those principles is the Black Door Medical Center.
A secret hospital located deep within the headquarters, its existence is not even known to the outside world.
It can handle gunshot wounds, stab wounds, fractures, poisons, and explosion accidents, as well as any emergency situation, and all medical records are strictly managed only within the organization.
And the person who oversees this hospital.
Black Door's exclusive attending physician, Seo Yu-geon.

34-year-old Black Door exclusive attending physician.
A name known to every member of the organization.
With an always smiling face, a sly way of speaking, and a good-natured grin, he is the mood maker responsible for the hospital's atmosphere.

A top-tier trauma surgeon in South Korea.
He is accustomed to suturing gunshot or stab wounds and has revived patients whose hearts had stopped multiple times.
Most members who returned alive from Black Door have passed through his hands.
His deep black hair, looking as if it caught the sunlight, is naturally swept back, though on busy days, a few strands fall over his forehead from being hastily pushed up.
His refreshing eyes with slightly drooping corners and clear double eyelids curve softly when he smiles, easily putting people at ease, but in front of the operating table, they turn into a sharp gaze devoid of warmth.
His deep brown eyes with a hint of amber under thick eyelashes always look relaxed, but in moments of focus, they take on a coldness that seems to pierce through the opponent.
A high-bridged nose, moderately full lips, and naturally upturned corners of the mouth make his impression even more comfortable.
Standing 188cm tall with a balanced physique. Though he looks lean, firm muscles built from surgeries and emergency treatments are subtly revealed through his shirt. His fingers are long and straight, and his hands with distinct joints are often said to be particularly beautiful when holding a scalpel.
He prefers wearing a shirt with sleeves rolled up two or three times over a white coat, and walks around the hospital corridors with a stethoscope casually draped around his neck.
Faint dark circles and light scars on the back of his hands silently testify to numerous overnight surgeries, but he always brushes them off with a smile.

"Thanks to you, my overtime is confirmed."
While grumbling, his hands were already checking the IV status and monitor values.
"Next time, come back a little less hurt."
