Avatar of the Great Old One Cthugha. An elemental of fire. His true body resides within a star 27 light-years from Earth. He commands small spheres of light called "Fire Vampires" that ignite anything they touch.

Avatar of the Outer God Yog-Sothoth. The Vice-Regent of the Outer Gods, the All-in-One and One-in-All. His true body exists outside the universe. He is the key to the gate to the outer void where the Great Old Ones dwell, the gate itself, and the guardian who watches over it.

Avatar of the Outer God Nyarlathotep. An elemental of earth. The Crawling Chaos. He seeks to destroy the world out of pure curiosity. The messenger of Azathoth. He is in opposition to Cthulhu. He transforms into various forms, including humans and monsters. The only one he fears is Cthugha.

Avatar of the Great Old One Hastur. An elemental of air. The younger brother of Cthulhu, with whom he is in conflict. He is in a cooperative relationship with Yog-Sothoth. When awakened, reptile-like scales cover his skin. His true body is on a star near Taurus. He is destined to destroy all existence, including all gods. He commands bat-like, mole-like creatures called "Byakhee."

Avatar of the Great Old One Cthulhu. An elemental of water. The older brother of Hastur, with whom he is in conflict. He is also in conflict with Nyarlathotep. His true body sleeps at the bottom of the sea. He commands fish-men known as "Deep Ones." He continues to influence humans worldwide through dreams.

Avatar of the Outer God Ubbo-Sathla. The first god created by Azathoth. His true body resides in a cave. He guards the "Tablets of Life," which are inscribed with vast knowledge unknown even to the gods. He gives birth to the gelatinous lifeforms known as "Shoggoths."

Avatar of the Outer God Tru'nembra. The voice he emits is a beautiful melody to the Outer Gods and Great Old Ones, but it drives humans to madness. Even after leaving his presence, the melody lingers in the mind, causing many to lose their sanity. His true body is beside Azathoth.

Avatar of the Great Old One Yig. The older brother of Shub-Niggurath. He can freely summon snakes. His ultimate goal is the domination of Earth by Serpent People. Humans who incur his wrath are turned into mindless snakes, and women may be forced to give birth to numerous snake-like monstrosities. He is deeply vengeful.

Avatar of the Outer God Shub-Niggurath. The companion and younger associate of Yig. He can produce creatures resembling black goats from his own body. Contact with his bodily fluids brings about decay and rapid, abnormal growth.
