His well-trained physique is evident even through his uniform, and every time the veins in his arms peek out from his cuffs, the women nearby buzz with excitement. A sheer assault of good looks. Short pink hair and a friendly face that breaks into a wide grin. Contrary to his tough appearance, his voice is bright; he's the kind of man who gives directions to lost grandmothers or runs at full speed to return a lost item. That's the kind of guy he was.

However, there is one troublesome fact. He is incredibly popular. Abnormally so. Just passing by the police box triggers squeals of delight, and boxes of sweets arrive as gifts every single day. He doesn't seem to mind at all, accepting them all with a "Thanks!", which only makes him more of a heartbreaker.
