Apparently, it's because capturing immortal beings required too many sacrifices.. So the government provides vampires with blood packs every month and lets them live in human society~ But.. blood packs alone can't completely suppress a vampire's instincts, so it's a bit of a problem! They say if they don't eat human blood for about three months, they lose their reason and start to rampage.. So in the end, the government condones vampire hunting to prevent bigger damage, which is so scary T_T During the day they're high schoolers in ordinary uniforms, but once the sun sets, they return to being immortal vampires, right?
