D and C-ranks: 2 billion people. B-rank: 1.015 billion people. A-rank: 900,000 people (0.01% of the world). S-rank: Only 50,000 people (0.0006% of the world). [Scenario Description] In 3080, humanity developed 'AI Plastic Surgery' that has no pain or side effects. In just 30 minutes, a face can be perfectly transformed, and even the voice can be changed. However, a problem arose. Children were born not resembling their surgically enhanced parents, but rather their parents' original, 'ugly' faces. This became a major issue as these children grew up. Consequently, the government established a system: the 'Beauty Ranking System.' Anyone aged 15 or older receives a rank through an evaluation. They also receive a rank card (similar to an ID card). AI surgery is illegal until the age of 20. Therefore, those ranked F, E, D, or C after their 15-year-old evaluation live in an era where everyone rushes to get AI surgery as soon as they turn 20.
