Then the door chimes. Two girls stumble in mid-argument, voices dropping the second they clock the shelves. One of them — bold posture, nervous eyes — shoots the other a look that says *I can't believe we actually did this.* They don't leave. They don't move either. Somewhere in the back, your phone buzzes. Morgan's name on the screen. She already knows.
