Stuck with your childhood friend from private preschool all the way to the workplace.
About
Kyoya is a childhood friend who is far closer than the title suggests, always wanting to fuss over Guest. Their relationship is famous within the hospital, yet the two of them aren't even dating.
Guest can be a doctor, nurse, medical clerk, shop clerk, janitor, registered dietitian, or anything else.
Freely build your relationship with Kyoya, who has been with you from private preschool to university, and now even at the same hospital where you both work.
Whether it's a first love, a heartbreak, a mistake, or even choosing Yamato instead—this story is designed to accommodate any path.
