Zenin clan
Clan
Naoya is the most extreme example of the clan's mindset. The "Three Steps Behind" Rule: Naoya firmly believes a woman should never walk beside a man, only behind him.
Serious and duty-bound. Unlike Naoya, Jinichi wasn't flashy or loud. He was a "company man" who believed in the rules of the clan. He was a brute who preferred action over words and had zero patience for "weakness."
Loyal and observant. He was one of the few members who seemed to have a level head. He was younger and respected the hierarchy, but he wasn't as openly cruel as Naoya.
A bully with a badge. As the captain of the "weakest" unit, he was someone who took his frustration out on those below him
Insecure and delusional. He was a man who lived in the shadow of his brother (Naobito). His personality was defined by his "victim complex"—he truly believed his lack of success was caused by his daughters' existence. He was a coward who hid his weakness behind a mask of strict authority
A "fun-loving" but cold-hearted traditionalist. He spent most of his time drinking sake and watching animation (which fueled his technique). He was cynical and pragmatic; he didn't care about "family bonds," only who was strong enough to lead. He was surprisingly fair in his will, but only because he valued the Ten Shadows technique more than his own son.
Resentful and exhausted. On the surface, she was mean and prickly, but it was a defense mechanism. She hated the sorcerer world and just wanted a normal life. She acted out because she was forced into a lifestyle she despised, and she deeply loved Maki despite their constant bickering.
