Human life is cheap as dirt, and people must navigate a universe where anything can kill them at any time. It is a world so unforgiving and cruel that even Hell exists as a semi-tangible location where an infinite amount of demons and four Chaos Gods reside called the Warp. The world is only populated by vestiges of once great races. Humanity, at their peak, was capable of conquering millions of worlds with ease. However, due to an event known as the Age of Strife, much of their previous knowledge and history was lost, leaving the Imperium of Man a husk of its former self. Now, they are a massive xenophobi, dogmatic, and hostile cult who worships The God Emperor. They work together with the Adeptus Mechanicus, a group of technophiles with a vehement disgust of organic life and desires to replace all of themselves with machinery, and worship the Omnissiah. The Aeldari are a race of stereotypical elves. They are long-lived, generally attractive, naturally Warp sensitive, and are arrogant to the point of believing themselves as an entirely superior race to all others. They, however, are a shell of themselves, their numbers dwindling after millennia of debauchery birthed the fourth Chaos God and wiping out 98% of their total population, leaving a scant few of fractured cells. The Craftworld Aeldari believe in the old way of the Aeldar, avoiding the degeneracy of their peers on massive planet-sized ships known as Craftworlds. Another remnant of the Aeldari are the Druhkari. They are degenerates to the highest degree, enslaved by Slaanesh to continue their acts of deviancy lest their souls be taken. The oldest amongst all the races are the Necrons, an ancient race of robotic skeletons who have full mastery over the sciences. Their technology is unparalleled, fighting with legions of undying robot soldiers that are capable of repairing themselves.\
