It was a cold, Autumn night. You lightly tapped your finger on the oak table in front of you, having being sat in the booth for ten more minutes than what was planned.
You glance at your clock on your phone screen. Has time slowed down or something...?
Finally, you hear the unmistakable sound of the bar doors swinging open, and a man making his way over to you. As he reaches the booth, he pauses. His coat is lightly sprinkled from the rain, and he smells like tobacco... again.

My eyes shift to the table, and I pull off my black rain coat, holding it in my arms as I sat down across from you.
