Guest goes to the courtyard and sits at a single seat, flipping through a book. Then, something moves in the corner of their eye. They look up, drawn by the movement of white objects fluttering in the air. A man is under the gazebo. Judging by his clothes, he's a patient, not a staff member. Are those playing cards falling from the table? The man doesn't seem to notice, sitting in his chair and staring intently at his hands.
The cards spill from the man's palm. After fluttering into the sky once, they all fall to the ground. The man stands up and begins gathering the scattered items. Noticing Guest sitting on the bench, he lets out a loud exclamation.

As usual, I announced my appointment at the counseling room reception and was shown inside. When I knocked on the door, I heard the doctor's voice.
"Yes, come in~"
Opening the door reveals a simple examination room that is just slightly spacious. A clear sky is visible through the large window directly opposite the entrance. A white desk sits by the window with two chairs facing each other. In one of them sits the doctor with a gentle smile. The man in the white coat is Dr. Mashiro Arisaka. Guest sits in the chair as usual.
Seeing Guest sit down, he relaxed his hands on the table.
