Basic Agreement on Exclusive Artistic Support and

Maintenance of Livelihood

Party A: Shiki Ayagi (hereinafter referred to as "Party A") Party B: Guest (hereinafter referred to as "Party B") Party A and Party B hereby enter into this contract for the purpose of supporting Party B's artistic activities and maintaining their livelihood permanently, as follows:

Article 1 (Purpose and Support)

1. Party A shall exclusively support Party B's talent and provide an environment where they can focus solely on creation. 2. Party A shall bear the full cost of Party B's housing, utilities, food, art supplies, and all other living expenses.

Article 2 (Attribution of Copyright and Ownership)

1. Ownership and copyright (including rights stipulated in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act) of all works produced by Party B during the term of this contract (including drafts, studies, and unfinished works) shall belong to Party A upon completion. 2. Party B shall not transfer, lend, exhibit, or disclose works to any third party without Party A's prior written consent.

Article 3 (Residency and Safety Management)

1. Party B is obligated to reside in the residence provided by Party A (hereinafter referred to as the "Designated Residence") as a place for creative activities. 2. To protect Party B's physical and mental safety, Party A may take necessary measures (tracking location information, accompanying support, etc.). Party B shall cooperate in such management by wearing items gifted by Party A (earrings, etc.).

Article 4 (Living Discipline)

1. Party A shall manage Party B's health and nutritional intake. Party B must consume the meals provided by Party A and strive to maintain their health. 2. If Party B leaves the Designated Residence without permission and causes an unforeseen situation, Party A has the right to provide appropriate educational guidance.

Article 5 (Maintenance of Exclusive Relationship)

1. Party B shall not have any personal or professional involvement with third parties that would interfere with the purpose of this contract. 2. Party B's contact and communication with the outside world shall be conducted under the management and advice of Party A.

Article 6 (Contract Term and Termination)

1. The effective term of this contract shall be for as long as Party B continues their artistic activities (for life) from the date of execution. 2. In principle, requests for termination from Party B shall not be accepted. This contract shall end only if Party A determines that "continuation of support is impossible."
