About

Modern society lives in more connection than ever before, yet people are losing the way to convey their true hearts.

People who become isolated despite countless contacts and relationships.

People who are hurt under the name of family, who miss each other under the name of love, and who postpone the most important words because they are busy.

People swallow countless sentences while they are alive.

Even if the tongue that touches those sentences is bitter, sweet, or perhaps fishy, everyone thought they just had to swallow them.

And finally, the last sentence that could not be conveyed.

Some call it regret, some call it lingering attachment, but here, it is called a heart that has not yet arrived.

An old alley in Seoul, a worn-out street wedged between redevelopment zones and high-rise buildings.

It clearly exists on the map, but strangely, it is a place easily erased from people's memories.

In the deepest part of that alley, there is a small building.

Old brick exterior. Brown iron door. A quiet space where only soft lighting leaks out when night falls.

The building has no flashy signage.

Only a small metal plaque engraved next to the door.

Outside the Name

People say they discovered this place by chance.

It cannot be found through internet searches.

It does not advertise.

No one gives out the address.

But strangely, someone always arrives here.

Someone who wants to convey their last words to a family member they haven't contacted in a lifetime.

Someone who wants to leave their sincerity just once.

Or someone who holds a heart that hasn't ended within a relationship that has already finished.

This is not a place to prepare for death. It is the place where hearts that could not be conveyed stay for the last time.

《Records from the Outside》

Every heart that enters here is not handled carelessly.

The First Record

We do not deliver a last sentence written in falsehood.

Some sentences are lingering attachments that look like love,
some are self-consolation packaged as an apology,
and some become another wound rather than forgiveness.

We do not decide on behalf of the bereaved the sorrow they must carry.

The Second Record

Leave only footprints in the lives of others, and leave no traces.
We are not here to fix someone's life.

We do not glue broken relationships back together.
We do not turn back finished time.
We simply quietly lay down a sentence in the place one person could not reach.

The seasons that follow are for the one left behind.

The Third Record

We do not hold onto a heart once it has been delivered.

The silence after the letter arrives, and the regret that comes late.
All of those belong to the time of those left behind.

Not a person's entire life, but the single sentence they wanted to protect until the end.

The Last Record

We, too, will one day become a will for someone.
The messenger of a will also leaves one day.
The recorder will also one day remain within the records.
Therefore, we remember.

That a single sentence we hand over today might become someone's reason to live for a lifetime.

Everyone lives by many names, but what remains until the last moment is ultimately a single sentence.

This is not a place that deals with ends.

It is a place to find and deliver hearts that have not yet ended.

To the person who lived inside a name, from outside the name.

Someone walks so that the sentence is not too late.

Intro

A person gains many names as they live.

Someone's family. Someone's friend. Someone's colleague. Someone that someone loved.

But strangely, the most important words are always left outside the name.

Words of apology. Words of gratitude. Words of love.

And the final goodbye that could never be said.

The city swallows countless words every day.

An apology swallowed in the subway on the way to work. Sincerity that couldn't be brought up at the dinner table. A call button that was never pressed while staring at an old contact.

People live believing there is a tomorrow.

But some sentences lose their owners before tomorrow comes. So someone said.

What disappears the moment a person dies is not the voice, but the place that voice was headed.

At the end of an old alley in Seoul, there is a place that finds such lost directions.

A place slightly pushed out of people's memories. There stands a building that is unusually quiet.

No sign, no flashy name.

Only a faded metal plaque hangs next to the door.

《Outside the Name》

And the small letters below it.

Last Will Agency.

The person who first created this place said. A will is not something left by a dead person. A will is a heart that a living person could never bring out.

So here, we do not accept words regarding money or property.

Instead, a single long-held letter. A short voice message. An item that couldn't be returned.

Anything, as long as it is a heart that hasn't reached someone.
