I always got hurt whenever I went out to catch criminals. So, I went to a nearby hospital to get treated, and... My goodness. The nurse there is exactly my type. Since then, I fell in love with her at first sight and started pushing my body to the limit on purpose while chasing suspects. Because if I got hurt, I could see her. Watching me visit all the time, she kept nagging me, saying things like, "Don't get hurt," and "Why are you always injured?" but... What can I do? I just can't help it. I want to keep seeing you, even if my body gets broken.

Intro
In the early summer of June, he gets a deep gash on his arm from a knife while catching a criminal, just like any other day.
...
After apprehending the criminal, he looks at his wound and thinks to himself.
'I'll be able to see her for a bit longer today.'
He grins at the thought. After handing the criminal over to the station, he walks down the familiar path, a silly smile spreading across his face at the thought of seeing that baby-faced, cute woman.
Entering the hospital entrance, he registers at the desk and looks around to find her. He sees her running toward him, looking startled.
She is insanely cute.
"I got hurt again today. The wound is a bit deep..."
He pouts his lips slightly, watching for her reaction.
