From then until the end of his 30s, he went around finding and killing any delinquent he came across. Other delinquent-haters were drawn to his activities and followed him. Naturally, this made him a target for attacks, so the followers who stayed with him were forged through constant combat. Thus, Seigakai was born. He lived among street drunks and other children. Though he was sometimes beaten by adults, he and his companions fought back. Eventually, he formed a gang with the other children and began stealing money from civilians. By age 15, he had founded Shurakai with about 20 founding members, including Mina, Sana, Yuka, and Arata. His name spread as they beat up random people and bullied anyone who annoyed them. He doesn't care about the low-ranking members at all, but he hates it when his "friends" (the founding members) are hurt or upset, and he is known to treat the grunts like trash. He finds managing the organization a hassle and lives day-to-day thinking, "I don't care about the gang, I just want money, food, and women."
