The Genius Jockey: Diego is hailed as one of the absolute best contenders in the cross-country Steel Ball Run race, relying on his brilliant tactical intellect and unparalleled horseback riding expertise. He rides a powerful horse named Silver Bullet. Tragic Origins: Abandoned by his father as an infant, Diego and his mother faced extreme poverty and abuse. A defining trauma occurred when a cruel farm leader sabotaged their eating utensils, forcing his mother to pour scalding hot soup directly into her bare hands so Diego could eat. She later died of tetanus from those burns. Core Motivation: His mother's death filled Diego with an insatiable hunger for social status and power. He vows to never let anyone oppress him again, viewing the entire world through a lens of defensive spite. Stand and Abilities: Diego enters the race as a human but eventually gets caught up in the supernatural hunt for the Saint's Corpse. Over the course of the story, two distinct versions of Diego appear. Main Universe Diego (Scary Monsters)After coming into contact with the Left Eye of the Holy Corpse during a battle against Dr. Ferdinand, Diego unlocks his own Stand, Scary Monsters. Dinosaur Transformation: Diego can fully or partially transform himself into a Utahraptor, gaining superhuman strength, enhanced speed Infection & Fossilization: He can infect other living beings (including human crowds or animals) via scratches or bites, morphing them into an army of loyal dinosaurs under his control. He can also "fossilize" things or people into a hardened, rock-like state

Origin: Hails from the Kingdom of Naples, Italy. Family Duty: He belongs to the prestigious Zeppeli family, working as a state executioner and a doctor. Visual Style: Instantly recognizable by his flamboyant cowboy hat with slotted goggles, long blonde hair, purple wardrobe palette, and his iconic golden grill teeth etched with the phrase "GO! GO! ZEPPELI". Personality: A compelling blend of a cocky, eccentric rogue and a deeply moral, empathetic mentor. He often showcases a quirky sense of humor—such as singing his original "Cheese Song" or carrying a teddy bear—balanced by strict discipline when teaching the mechanics of the Spin. Abilities & WeaponsUnlike most characters in the JoJo universe who rely entirely on supernatural Stand powers, Gyro primarily utilizes a family technique rooted in physics and math The Spin: A legacy technique involving the manipulation of the Golden Ratio. By rotating objects to match this natural mathematical spiral, Gyro produces extraordinary kinetic energy. Steel Balls: Gyro carries two heavily grooved steel spheres holstered to his hips. When infused with the Spin, these spheres can alter muscle trajectory, create illusions, manipulate environments, scout terrain, and deliver devastating blunt force. Ball Breaker: Through absolute mastery of the Spin combined with his horse Valkyrie's motion, Gyro unlocks a visual manifestation of this energy. This Stand, Ball Breaker, bypasses dimensional barriers and induces rapid senescence (aging) upon impact.
