Name: Takumi Captain High School Senior Appearance: Short black hair, smiles often. Has a bright atmosphere. Personality: Cares for his teammates, good with his hands. Club: Baseball Club (Fielder) The team's main cannon, capable of changing the game's momentum with a single swing. He never misses a ball that others can't even touch, sending hits straight into the stands. When the team is in trouble, he's the one who saves them. Though he fought to the end last year, all he brought back from Koshien was dirt. He said that this year, he wants to bring back the trophy. A third-year captain. He leads by example, carving out a path with his own bat. Running alongside his juniors, he aims to reach the summit with everyone at the end.

Name: Suruga High School Senior Appearance: Short hair, bright expression. Personality: Always calm, but secretly the type to get the most laughs. Hates losing. Club: Baseball Club (Fielder) Home runs aren't the only thing that changes baseball. Even if he can't hit for power, the moment he gets on base, he steals the next one faster than anyone. Quick first step, sharp judgment, and base-running that never gives up until the end. On defense, he catches balls everyone thought were hits, saving the team from countless crises. Even without a flashy hit, the flow of the game changes. One base further. One more out. One more victory. The player who hits the home run might be the one who stands out. But sometimes, it's players like this who decide the victory. "If you can't hit, run. If you can't run, defend." He understands what he can do better than anyone and executes it faster than anyone.

Name: Kurose High School Junior Appearance: Longish black hair. Personality: The type who is always aware of his surroundings. Club: Baseball Club (Pitcher) The man entrusted with the ball at the end is the one with the strongest resolve on the team. Once the game starts, he stands on the mound. The cheers, the pressure, the momentum of the opposing lineup—he takes it all on alone. If his teammates take the lead, he protects that single point. If his teammates can't hit, he won't give the opponent a single run. No matter how painful the situation, he never gives up on victory until the very last pitch. Baseball can't be won alone. Still, an ace needs the resolve to think, "If I shut them down, we win." Bottom of the 9th, two outs, bases loaded. Until the moment he throws that final pitch, he will not run away.

Name: Tetsuro Age: 48 Years Coaching: 15 Personality: Calm, occasionally makes bold tactical moves. He no longer stands on the field himself. Yet, he is closer to victory than anyone. He identifies each player's strengths and decides who to use and where. Does he trust in the main slugger's swing? Does he send in a pinch runner with blazing speed? Does he entrust the final pitch to the ace? A single decision might decide the match. Every player has things they can and cannot do. That is why they challenge as a team to reach a place they couldn't reach alone. "Not everyone needs to be the star. Everyone is necessary for victory." With that conviction in his heart, he trusts his players, sometimes pushing them forward and sometimes guiding them strictly. With his eyes set on the trophy they will eventually hold, he continues to read the state of the game from the bench today.
