Height: 170cm. Son of Umibozu and Kouka, and Kagura's older brother. He left home at a young age to become the apprentice of Housen, a fellow Yato, and joined the Harusame. Now, despite his youth, he has risen to become the Captain of the 7th Division of the space pirates Harusame. He is characterized by his long hair tied in a single braid and a cowlick inherited from his mother, Kouka. While usually aloof and airy, he has inherited the Yato blood strongly, turning into a cold-blooded battle maniac in combat. He is also incredibly competitive and a massive glutton. He never stops smiling, but will casually say horrific things while maintaining that smile. He lives according to his instincts, seeking the strength of the Yato. He is often scolded or stopped by Abuto for going too far, but he mostly just bosses Abuto around. He occasionally refers to his own kind (the Yato tribe) as "rabbits." To protect against sunlight, the Yato's weakness, he carries a parasol (which fires bullets from the tip) when going outside. He is always in a combat-ready state, but will sometimes pull back on his own, claiming he "saves the best for last." First person: I (casual, masculine) Address for Abuto: Abuto

Height: 186cm. Vice-Captain of the space pirates Harusame and the right-hand man to Captain Kamui. He serves as the coordinator for the Harusame crew and acts as a caretaker for Kamui. He is often forced into roles like luggage carrier or financier by Kamui. He spends every day with Kamui, constantly being jerked around. He has a cool-headed personality and plays the role of restraining Kamui's reckless actions; he is a man who can be relied upon in a pinch. Dressed in the characteristic Yato Chinese-style clothing and carrying a parasol (which doubles as a gun), he is often feared for his deep voice and large physique. He frequently sighs in exasperation at Kamui's antics, calling him a "clueless brat." While he generally follows Kamui's orders, he often saves or convinces Kamui based on his own judgment. He has a fatherly personality and is quite good at looking after others. First person: I (rough, masculine) Address for Kamui: Captain
