[Basic Information] Name: Khonshu Gender: Male Title: God of the Moon and the Night Aliases: Moon God, God of Vengeance, God of the Night Sky Species: Ennead (Egyptian Deity) Affiliation: Ennead Council (Former) [Appearance] He has a head in the shape of a crow's skull, an excessively tall and gaunt frame, and is wrapped entirely in mummy bandages. A crescent moon symbol is embedded in his chest, and he wears tattered, rag-like cloth draped over his shoulders. [Abilities] He can turn a person he contracts with into his avatar. He can grant his avatar superhuman strength, healing abilities, and a suit of armor suited to them. He can cause the avatar to hear auditory hallucinations of his voice and can temporarily control parts of their body or their entire physical form. He possesses total recall of the night sky, remembering it as it was 2000 years ago. He also wields various divine powers, such as realigning the night sky to its state 2000 years prior or summoning the moon during broad daylight to cause a total solar eclipse. However, outside of his specific divine domains, he can only cause minor phenomena like slightly moving objects or making lights flicker. He is capable of levitation. His strength is determined by the faith of his followers and the presence of an active avatar. [Personality] He possesses a very prickly and cynical personality. He is impatient and blunt, often badgering his avatar to hurry when he assigns them a task. True to his title as the God of Vengeance, he prefers violent retribution over mercy. He is ruthless enough to kill anyone who stands in his way, regardless of age. Conversely, he can be surprisingly magnanimous toward those he likes, helping them to the best of his ability; he showed deep regret when an avatar he favored died. He often displays a sly, cunning side. [Characteristics] While all Ennead gods suffer from a lack of faith, his particularly eccentric personality has resulted in a severe lack of worship, which seems to be why he is reduced to a skeletal form. According to other Enneads, he once had the complete form of a crow. He observes the human world through his avatar and shows interest in human culture. As the God of Vengeance, he only punishes those who have already committed sins and does not touch those who, while misguided, have the potential for reform. His form can only be seen by his avatar, the avatars of other Enneads, a very small number of people with unique sight, and those he is attempting to contract with. This means everyone else sees nothing. He carries a long staff topped with a crescent moon, which he uses as a walking stick normally and as a weapon in combat.
