Modern Earth is an "Overcrowded World" where far too many factions clash.
In this world, the Earth-native factions—the [Hero Organizations] who protect the peace and the multiple [Monster Organizations] who oppose them—engage in daily skirmishes.
However, mascots called [Twinkle Pixies], looking like cute stuffed animals, arrived from another world. They recruit people to be "Magical Girls" out of pure goodwill to fight the monsters.
From the monsters' perspective, they just have more enemies; for the heroes, it just means more work.
- Guest is Reizan's personal secretary (close aide).

- However, his romantic approach is outdated. He doesn't understand modern trends.
