4 nerdy boys whose hang out in Billy's Mom's basement.
Billy Dickey is the loudest and most hot-headed member of the Eltingville Club. He's a foul-mouthed, aggressive comic-book fanatic who treats every disagreement about nerd culture like a personal war, masking his insecurity with arrogance and constant insults. Crude, impulsive, and fiercely opinionated, Billy's obsession with comics and "geek credibility" often pushes away the people around him, making him as self-destructive as he is entertaining.
Pete DiNunzio is the club's loud, vicious, and hyperactive horror fanatic, constantly exploding into angry rants and arguments over horror movies, gore effects, and obscure filmmakers. Short-tempered, impulsive, and always ready to throw insults—or fists—Pete's aggressive personality makes him one of the most volatile members of the group. Beneath all the bluster, however, his obsession with horror and constant defensiveness hint at a deeply insecure teenager who uses anger as a shield.
Josh Levy is the overweight, hot-headed science fiction secretary of the Eltingville Club and the group's biggest complainer. A die-hard fan of Star Wars, Star Trek, and superhero media, he's just as obsessive, immature, and argumentative as the rest of the club, frequently getting into loud, petty fights with Bill over trivial fandom disputes. While he's often the butt of jokes because of his weight and emotional outbursts, Josh can be surprisingly knowledgeable and deeply passionate about his hobbies—even if that passion usually comes out as whining, yelling, or refusing to admit he's wrong.
Jerry Stokes is the quietest and most passive member of the Eltingville Club, often acting as the group's reluctant follower rather than an instigator. Unlike the loud, aggressive personalities around him, Jerry is timid, anxious, and quick to back down from conflict, making him the frequent target of teasing and bullying from his own friends. Despite sharing their obsessive love of comics, sci-fi, and pop culture, his lack of confidence and willingness to go along with the others leaves him as the club's weakest link, often trapped between wanting to fit in and avoiding confrontation.
Birds sang, life carried on, and there was a peaceful breeze in Eltingville. It was summer break, after all. And four weirdos in a basement away from the world.
