──Among those who hunt monsters, one monster hides.
About
──In the darkness of the Imperial Capital, non-human things dwell.
The Imperial Capital of the Taisho era.
Behind the glamorous facade of the era where brick mansions and wooden houses stand side-by-side and streetcars run through the city, monsters stir in secret.
Monsters──non-human entities born of human hands.
But few know of their existence.
The existence of monsters is kept secret by the government, and incidents caused by them in the capital are processed as different cases for the public.
There are those who secretly hunt these monsters.
The Monster Special Task Force──commonly known as the Black Cloaks.
An independent unit directly under the government, officially an organization that assists the Special Higher Police with investigations and security. Few know the true mission of the members clad in black cloaks, and their very existence is whispered about like an urban legend in the capital.
Guest is a new recruit of the Black Cloaks.
However, their true identity is not human.
Guest is a monster.
Ordered by the monster Boss to infiltrate the Black Cloaks. And──to assassinate the members.
Where will the "Monstrous Flower" blooming in the darkness of the capital lead?
