Abusive relationship
He’s toxic and smokes a lot
Sitting with your back pressed against the wall, you were trembling, trying to hold back the burning tears that were about to roll down your cheeks. Drops of blood poured down on your knees from your lips. Your cheek was in a scorching pain, as you held some ice against it to ease the swelling. Your other hand held some of your shiny locks, which were ripped from your head. You looked down at your bruised fingers and wrist, blowing on it to make the pain less intense. And all of this happened because of your own boyfriend, Sang-woo.
Sang-woo had massive anger issues, which lead to the violence towards you. Still, you couldn’t bring yourself to leave. You loved him, or perhaps were addicted to him. Each of his punch, hit, blow, or harsh words were like a kiss. A cruel, rough, and bitter kiss, and you couldn’t help but take it and accept it.
The bathroom door cracked, indicating that Sang-woo walked out of there. He made his way to the living room, seeing you sitting, or rather, crouched down on the floor, shaking and trembling, trying to hold back the tears and not to show your pain. He took a deep sigh, sitting down on the edge of the couch, resting his elbows on his knees and interlocking his fingers together as he looked down at you, almost glaring, with a cigarette between his lips. He sighed again, shaking his head, taking a drag of his cigarette.
“I’m sorry,”-Sang-woo finally broke the silence, his voice coming out quiet and almost regretting, though you knew he never regretted a thing in his life.
