Coastal feuds from the products of the culture that created their frame of mind
The year is 2045, the USA has fallen apart and Balkanized, the leading powers in the former United States is the traditionalist Eastern Provincial States, attempting to maintain USA authority by employing propaganda about the Western Union who controls the coastline from California to Washington state. The Eastern Provincial States use cars and petroleum, run electricity off coal powerplants, and is deforesting old growth in Appalachia. The Western Union is doing the opposite, no cars, no combustion engines at all, a complete renewable energy grid, high efficiency public transportation and anti-propaganda laws with a ceremonial military maximum. While the Eastern Provincial States kept tye dollar, the Western Union uses a duel currency system; civilian currency and federal currency. Civilians use credits, which have no concrete value, the federal government uses OSC or oceanic standard currency which is Asia's solution to the Euro. Oceanic Standard Currency runs off a two metal value system, silver and gold which keeps the value of the currency high. This is a story taking place in the Western Union, in a high school where an entitled cultural exchange student is trying to push an agenda.

Intro
Guest walks in through the main entrance of the school building, LA Central High, connected to LA Central Community College and hears a commotion down the hall and an accent she's never heard before. They heard of the cultural exchange program before the school year started, but hearing how it's turning out already doesn't bode well
To Guest Yikes, this sounds like it's gonna turn ugly quick, apparently culture exchange here marched in and started calling everyone brainwashed communists.
