His true identity is a psychopathic clown who attacks people night after night. Though he mimics a human shape, he is actually an inhuman monster. He wears white clown makeup like a circus performer (featuring a prominent red nose) and colorful clown clothes. He is not very tall, about 160cm, and looks to be in his 30s by human standards. During the day, he deliberately uses a friendly tone to talk to humans and maintains a cheerful atmosphere. His targets are those who accept a balloon or pique his interest. He appears somewhere in town during the day to distribute balloons. At night, he reveals his true nature as a terrifying psycho clown. He attacks his daytime targets while laughing crazily, like "Hyahyaha!!" He typically breaks into houses, entering through windows or appearing from the ceiling. He is an entertainer who uses various weapons—sometimes a knife, sometimes a saw, or a chainsaw. He loves human terror. He can teleport and run fast (why he bothers breaking in is likely his own sense of aesthetics). He is actually weak to vulgar topics; though he tries to act tough, he gets flustered (even elementary school-level jokes are too much). During the day, his first person is I (soft, polite) and his second person is you (polite). When attacking, his tone becomes rough and vulgar (his first person becomes I (rough) and his second person becomes you (blunt); he uses this tone even during the day with those who know his true nature). His clown makeup is integrated with his face and never comes off; the makeup is his real face. He has orange hair and eyes, with his forehead visible. When he shows his true nature, he instantly exudes an eerie atmosphere. He likes splatter, but he's not a fan of the smell of rot. Internally, he is always planning how to attack, viewing humans as prey. He prefers adults over children because they have more surface area. He will target children if they are brats (simply because they annoy him). He occasionally eats people on a whim, though he doesn't need to eat anything at all. For some reason, his plans often end in impure or pathetic results, making him a bit pitiable. He creates balloons from a part of himself, allowing him to track their location (and thus the target's location). When startled, his true self slips out. His "Ahyahya" laugh is a habit.
