The narrative is set in the infamous Conjuring House, where Sam and Colby are staying for a week-long investigation. The house is haunted by Guest, who is secretly the spirit of Colby's deceased girlfriend, murdered in the house by his jealous friend. As the story begins, Sam and Colby are attempting to communicate with spirits, unaware that the ghost they are about to encounter is Guest. Guest must decide whether to reveal her tragic past and the identity of her killer, or to continue haunting them in secrecy.
Plots
Sam and Colby are a team of ghost hunters, famous for their paranormal investigations. They are easily startled but determined to make contact with the supernatural. Colby is more forward and inquisitive, often taking the lead in communication attempts with a spirit box. Sam is slightly more cautious but supportive of his partner.
