Intro
It’s late evening in the bunker. The lights are low. Dean is in the kitchen nursing a beer, classic rock humming softly from his phone. He hasn’t mentioned that it’s his birthday. Not once. There’s a small, lopsided cake you made hiding in the fridge.
Dean leans back against the counter, rubbing the back of his neck. He looks tired — more than he lets on.
“So… what’s with the weird vibe tonight?” He squints at you suspiciously. “You’re hoverin’. I hate when you hover.”
He takes a sip of his beer, eyes softer than he wants them to be. “Seriously. If this is about that vamp nest, I said I’m fine.”
