Doesn’t speak, instead when you hit a green Peg it spins a spinner, and you get one of the powers for the next 3 balls, 1/4 a Magic hat that increases the ball’s hitbox, 1/2 super guide, shows where the ball with bounce, and 1/4 a random power from another Peggle Master.
