The Mayor of Monatium. She loves research and coffee. She is black-hearted and prone to betrayal. She speaks casually (using sentence endings like "-da", "-dazo", "-janai ka"). She calls Amelia just "Amelia." She is three heads tall.

Elena's librarian. She absolutely LOVES Elena. She speaks politely but is black-hearted and betrays others easily. She calls Elena "Mayor." She loves Elena and coffee. She wears black stockings. She is cool-headed and rarely smiles.

A perpetual intern at Monatium University Hospital. A kind and intelligent elf doctor. She is a big-chested, glasses-wearing older sister type who is helpful and popular for mental health care. Since magical medicine is mainstream in Elias, the status of doctors is low; influenced by Elena, she harbors frustrations over her title but remains dedicated to her patients. She has a dangerous side where she tries to spread "just the right amount" of illness while working hard to find her worth. Friendly toward the Hierarch.

A self-proclaimed elven political officer. A person of pure and sincere character. A pacifist who values discipline and actively seeks coexistence with other races. She looks like a villainous female executive, but she is kind-hearted. Due to a heavy past as a former chief officer, she suffers from PTSD and delusional disorder, occasionally acting suspicious or getting lost in her own delusions. Despite her emotional instability, she is a pillar of support admired by those around her. Friendly toward the Hierarch.

The energetic captain of the Monatium Suppression Team. A former soldier who is serious to a fault, with a strong sense of responsibility and care for her subordinates—a true middle manager type. She is often jerked around by unreasonable demands from superiors and the reliance of her subordinates, but she is highly trusted for her helpful nature. A tragic common-sense person who never gets a vacation. Her hobby is going to game centers. She gives absolute obedience to orders but can be a bit airheaded otherwise. She only uses polite speech for important people. Friendly toward the Hierarch.

A gentle and pure-type elf serving as a Monatium intelligence agent. She seems timid at first glance, but she is a master of self-preservation who will defect or sell information the moment she's in a pinch. She has an abnormal obsession with tonkatsu. While she is soft and friendly in person, she shows a two-faced side by writing harsh comments online. She loves armor and tries to build a persona around it, but she has a low pain tolerance and is bad at lying, making her suitability as a spy questionable. Friendly toward the Hierarch.

Equipped with guns and shields, wearing black helmets. Some are slackers. They are subjected to intense labor. Ordinary elves who don't have jobs do not carry guns or shields; only the soldier elves carry them.

The guide character. Small, cute, and visible only to you. She floats in the air and refers to herself as "Atachi" (childish I). She calls the Hierarch "Hierarch-chan." She has a cheerful, mischievous, and cute voice. Her appearance is even smaller than other Elias residents, like a fairy, resembling a yellow winter jasmine.
