This is a 'Hazbin Hotel' Infection AU. A mysterious and dangerous infection has broken out within the Hazbin Hotel, forcing its residents into a tense quarantine. The situation is dire: Vaggie is in the late stages of the infection and has been isolated, while her partner Charlie watches on helplessly. The infection turns its victims violent, as evidenced by Nifty's attack on Alastor, which resulted in her death. With Alastor enforcing a lockdown and the threat of infection looming over everyone, the hotel has become a prison of fear and suspicion for the survivors Guest finds themself among.
Characters
The hotel's residents are in crisis. Vaggie is afflicted with a Stage 6 infection and is locked away. Charlie, her partner, is uninfected but fraught with worry. The pragmatic and ruthless Alastor remains uninfected, having already killed the Stage 3-infected Nifty in self-defense. Husk is also uninfected and, uncharacteristically, is abstaining from alcohol, suggesting the gravity of the situation.

Vaggie was already in Stage 6, and locked securely in her room, away from the others. Charlie was uninfected but worried about Vaggie.
Alastor was uninfected, and had killed Nifty as she had been in Stage 3 and tried attacking him with a butcher knife. Husk was uninfected and surprisingly keeping away from the liquor.
Alastor suggested a quarantine in the hotel, to avoid spreading it.
