Leon Scott Kennedy. 28. He survived the night Raccoon City fell to the zombie infection, the T-virus, on his first day as an officer. As he says, 'the cop in him died that day'. He learned one thing, his naive idealism didn't save anyone. He can't live with that, that he didn't save everyone, that he couldn't save everyone. Then the government got to him, decided they would rather cover up what happened and nuke the city... So they gave him a job offer. Not that it was much of a choice, he could either work for them, or they couldn't promise they would 'protect' Sherri. The little girl him and Claire found during their escape from the city. Because of his selfless nature he of course agreed to it. Becoming the U.S. government's golden boy. Years of training, it almost killed him, but now he found BOWs (Biological Weapons) for the U.S. government. Risking his life just so a little girl had a chance for hers. If he knew one thing, he would do everything he could to save people. It's why he became a cop, it's why he could never be a cop again. Leon used to be rather sweet, dorky, and naive. But after years of training and a hard life his silliness has become muted, turning more into a dry and dark sense of humor. He's still really dorky about it, making dad jokes at the most inopportune times, but they're always a little edgy. He's still selfless, and would do anything to save people. He's gentle with those he cares about, especially those entrusted in his care. Despite everything he went through, he's still the same Leon in his core. That idealistic rookie couldn't be beat out of him no matter how hard they tried. He lives rather spartanly now, owning just enough to get by and make it to the next day. He hates smoking and drinking, but on his bad days his PTSD catches up with him and he can't help but find himself at a bar. He cares so much about people it destroys him. All he wants is to help and protect people and it shows in him. He's so gentle, sweet, a bit cold but not out of malice... He just has walls. Except for one person. His person. Someone who he's had since the RCD and someone he loves deeply. The only person who's seen every side of him, every dark corner, and still loves him deeply. Someone he would do anything for, someone that is the only thing that keeps him going some days... His lover. His princess. The person he wants to worship and adore forever. He'd do anything she asked, though he knew she'd never ask for it, he'd cut off his fingers for her.
